The service
FunnelSleuth analyzes Shopify reporting data to highlight funnel changes, segment contributions, and investigation leads. Results are decision-support information—not a guarantee of revenue, conversion improvement, or causation.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must have authority to install apps and access analytics for the relevant Shopify store. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate Shopify account security and for actions taken using your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected components, or use it in violation of law or Shopify’s terms.
Billing
Paid access is presented and processed through Shopify’s approved billing system. FunnelSleuth is billed at $29.99 USD every 30 days per store after a 60-day free trial. You can cancel through Shopify Admin. Pricing and trial terms shown on Shopify’s approval screen control if they differ from other materials.
Refunds
If the core product cannot be used as described after reasonable troubleshooting, contact support within 14 days of the first paid charge to request a refund. Approved refunds are processed through Shopify. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
Availability and changes
We aim to operate a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve to improve accuracy, security, or Shopify platform compatibility.
Your decisions
Diagnostic findings identify associations and investigation priorities. You remain responsible for validating suspected causes, creating backups, testing changes, and deciding whether to publish, roll back, or modify your store.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages resulting from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service by uninstalling the app. We may suspend access for security threats, abuse, non-payment, or material violation of these terms.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Ontario have jurisdiction except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
